    5K Run Start:              7:30 am

    5K Walk Start:            7:35 am
    Kids 1/4 Mile Dash:     9:00 am - Estimated Start Time

Frontier Days Stampede Run
New 10K race route this year. We will not be crossing the railroad tracks. The 5K will be the same but we will be reversing the course. Flat and fast routes through residential areas. Strollers, baby joggers, etc., will ONLY be permitted for 5K Fitness Walk. Both the 5K & 10K routes are USATF certified. Specific race routes will be posted at www.frontierdays.org

Aid stations with Gatorade and Water will be provided. DIGITAL TIME CLOCKS will be posted at each mile marker on the course.

The 1/4 mile Kids Dash will start and finish at Recreation Park. (At the finish line of the 5K & 10K races).

We have upgraded our T-Shirts!

All 5K & 10K participants will receive a Technical T-Shirt (Sytrel Moisture Management Fabric).

These shirts are sized a bit smaller than regular cotton T-Shirts. We have also added separate women's sizes. Kids Race entrants will receive 100% cotton t-shirts.

Einstein Bros. Bagels, V-8 V-Fusion Juice, Clif bars, lots of fresh fruit, Matt's Chocolate Chip Cookies, Gatorade, Ice Mountain Water, etc. will be served at the finish line.

There will not be Pancake Breakfast this year due to low turnout in previous years.

Packet Pick Up
Race packets may be picked up Wed(7/2), Thurs(7/3), or Sat(7/5) at:

or on Race Day morning starting at 6:15 a.m. at Miner School.

NOTE: PLEASE ALLOW 48 HOURS AFTER REGISTERING ON-LINE BEFORE ATTEMPTING TO PICK UP PACKET AT RUNNER'S HIGH 'N TRI.

Gear Check
We provide mobile Gear Check. Check your gear near the start line and pick it up at the finish line.

Awards
5K and 10K Races:

The top overall Male and Female runner will receive award and $50.00 Gift Certificate to Runner's High 'N Tri.

Top 3 Male and Female in each standard age group will receive a race theme drinking glass.

¼ Mile Kids Dash:

All kids will receive "Finisher Ribbons" for participating.

Results
Race results will be posted ASAP after the race near the finish line. They will also be available at www.frontierdays.org later in the day. - Follow links.

Refunds & Transfers
No refunds will be available. Transfer of applications and bib numbers is prohibited.

10K Run, 5K Run, 5K Walk $25.00 before 6/29, $30.00 after 6/28
1/4 Mile Kids Dash $10.00 before 6/29, $15.00 after 6/28
